Payment Cutoff Times

All payments are due on the first day of the month. A grace period of 15 days following the due date is provided. If payment is not received following the 15th day after the due date, a late charge may apply.

Online payments made before 3 p.m. CST will apply the same day.

Pay by phone payments made before 3 p.m. CST will apply the same day.

The last day of the month for on time credit reporting is the last business day of the month. If a holiday is on the last business day of the month, the final day will be the day prior to the holiday. Business days are Monday-Friday.

If you need to cancel a payment set up online or by phone, you must complete the action to cancel no less than 24 hours prior to the payment draft date. Once the payment process has started for settlement, it cannot be stopped.

Automatic e-payment system (ACH)

If you'd like to enroll in our automatic e-payment system, click here to login to our payment site and select AutoPay. Setting up your AutoPay online will allow you to make changes anytime.

Or, you can print this form to fill out, sign and return it to us by email, fax, or U.S. mail. AutoPay set up by VMLS using the signed form will not allow you to make changes yourself. To make changes to AutoPay set up using the signed form, please call 1-844-865-7378.

When you call, please have your bank account number, bank routing number, and home loan account number ready.




Volunteer Mortgage Loan Servicing now accepts MoneyGram® for monthly home loan payments.

STEP 1: Find a MoneyGram location that's convenient for you by clicking here.

(We cannot accept payments through MoneyGram's online bill payment system. If you'd like to pay your bill online, see the Online Payment Guide above.)

STEP 2: Bring the full amount of your payment in cash to your MoneyGram location.

(Some Wal-Mart locations allow you to use the MoneyGram service using a pin debit card. Please contact the customer service department of your preferred Wal-Mart location to verify if they accept this form of payment.)

STEP 3: Be aware that MoneyGram will charge you a fee of $3.95 for any payment to Volunteer Mortgage Loan Servicing up to $10,000.00.

STEP 4: Provide your MoneyGram teller with this receive code: 15907. By using this code, your money will be sent to Volunteer Mortgage Loans Servicing.

STEP 5: Once the money has been sent, please call Volunteer Mortgage Loan Servicing at 844-VOL-SERV (865-7378) and provide us with your reference number, which is located on your receipt, for proof of payment.


Check or money order by mail

Step 1: Write a check (or money order) for the full amount due. Please make the check out to Volunteer Mortgage Loan Servicing.

Step 2: Include your account number on the check (or money order).

Step 3: Include this month’s coupon from your monthly statement.

Step 4: Mail your payment to:

Step 5: Please allow a few days for delivery when sending a check by mail. The check (or money order) must arrive on or before your due date.
